About Us:
Warwick Bridge W I was formed in 1920. We now have 39 members and we are a friendly and supportive group. We welcome visitors and guests to any of our meetings.

SPECIAL EXTRA EVENT IN MAY
Friday 6 May
Down-a-Gate Community Centre, 7.30 p.m.
An Evening With Rory Stewart, MP for Penrith and the Border.
From 2000 - 2002 Rory walked across Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, India and Nepal, a journey of 6000 miles.
Rory will give an illustrated talk about this walk, and explain his cultural development work in Afghanistan as the Executive Chairman of the Turquoise Mountain Foundation, and his experiences as Deputy General of a province in Iraq.

Evening visit to the new Carlisle Record Office, Petteril Bank to hear about
the services offered by the Cumbria Archive Service and have a
'behind-the-scenes' tour. Supper at a local restaurant after the visit.

and clog dancing, and invite members to have a go at a simple clog dance.
